Time slots
Choose a two-hour delivery window, or a one-hour collection window, for today or the next 2 days. Each window takes a limited number of orders so we are never late; full windows can't be booked.
Packing
Our team picks your order on the day, checking dates and packing heavy items at the bottom. If something is out of stock we WhatsApp you before replacing it.
Paying
Pay online when you order, or pay the driver or the till by card or cash when you get your groceries.
Collecting
We WhatsApp you when your order is packed. Come to the collection point with your order number; no queue at the tills.
