Where we deliver

We deliver from SUPASAVE Polokwane and SUPASAVE Burgersfort to the areas listed on our Delivery page. The checkout only accepts suburbs on that list. If your area is not listed, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Fees and minimum order

The delivery fee depends on the straight-line distance between the store and your suburb and is shown before you pay. Orders over R600 are delivered free. The minimum order for delivery is R150.

Time slots

You choose a delivery window at checkout. We do our best to arrive inside it; the driver calls you if we are running late. Someone 18 or older must receive the order and may be asked for the order number.

If you are not home

The driver will call you. If we cannot reach you, the order goes back to the store and we contact you to arrange a new time. A second delivery may carry the delivery fee again.

Checking your order

Please check your groceries when they arrive. Tell the driver, or WhatsApp us the same day, about anything missing, damaged or wrong and we will put it right.

Click and collect

Collection is free. We WhatsApp you when the order is packed; please collect within your chosen window or by closing time the same day. Orders not collected within two days may be cancelled and refunded.
